These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku966 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ku966 website, games, betting services, and all related features accessible at ku966.vip. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the ku966 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ku966 platform and close your account if one has been created. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ku966 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku966 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ku966 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. ku966 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets not associated with the registered account holder.
• ku966 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before approving a withdrawal. This may include a copy of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document.
• Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or unauthorized wallets will result in immediate account closure and the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities.

Approved withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operational hours, though processing times may extend during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required. ku966 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ku966 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account upon meeting the qualifying conditions specified in the relevant promotion (e.g., minimum first deposit for the welcome bonus).
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual offer terms.

All bets and game outcomes on ku966 are final once the relevant event or game round has concluded. ku966 does not offer facilities to cancel or modify bets once they have been placed and accepted. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with the ku966 support team within 14 days of the relevant event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku966 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. In serious cases, ku966 will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the ku966 platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage person to use your account.

ku966 employs active fraud detection and risk management systems. These systems monitor account behaviour continuously. Any account flagged by these systems is subject to review, and ku966's determination in such matters is final.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ku966 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested by ku966.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to formal resolution proceedings in accordance with applicable law. ku966 does not consent to class-action proceedings.
